♥ I have 'real' internet now. Tech guy came around 9am (the letter said between 8am and 4pm). Was out until midday and then just tried to set everything up and it worked. Yay.

♥ Help: I need a beta reader! Some short Sam/Dean, first one of the year. I needed a break from my Big Bang and the tables are kinda the way to go. So anybody? Please?

♥ Extended TV Guide Interview was a very nice thing to come online to.. ( Especially this one scene.. just guys.. really? LOL ). I wish I knew how to icon this one. I love my boys these days... falling in love with them all over again. *sighs* I'll be so damn sad when this ends.

♥ I'm cold! Really, really cold. My finger nails are blue. But at least I sleep way better in my new place, probably because the room is so cold.

♥ Also, still totally in love with Hawaii Five-0. I was all giggly through the last ep. I like it.

♥ my muse that is. I have ideas over ideas and I have no idea where I should start. I have a posting date for j2_everafter, so I guess that will be the first one I'll work on. It's finished but I have to flesh it out a little more. I know I owe people Christmas ficlets and since only one of them has a Christmassy theme I think I'll be good.

♥ I signed up for spn_30snapshots again. Got two claims approved. I have started yet bit if someone's interested, the Dean Winchester table is here and the Jensen Ackles table is here.

♥ Con this weekend and Jim Beaver tweeted that half the cast is sick. Well, hope the boys won't feel too bad, not cool having to entertain when you are sick.

♥ Feel like drawing again and I thought I'd do it today but since I came home my head's killing me, so maybe tomorrow. But I finished tinkering with my brand-new LJ layout and I think I really like it. I tried to J2-ify it but my graphic skills suck these days and I kinda like the tree there. So after four years of J2 or SPN layouts now a non-fandom one.

♥ Speaking about art stuff, morgentau made a cool banner for my J2/Fast and Furious crossover.

♥ The coat I ordered looks good but is too big. I have been thinking about what to do the last two days and I think I'll send it back. I really, really don't want to change my weight so that I can fit into it. No way. The thing is that a size smaller would fit anymore, right now I'm between sizes which kind of sucks.

♥ Nothing else to tell, other than I'm looking for an apartment. Never thought it would be so hard to find one that I can afford but things have been changing the last few years here and apartments are getting more and more expensive. I set myself the goal of finding something by the beginning of summer, the same goes for a job (I just wish there were more real jobs instead of internships).

♥ Sleep is still elusive but I at least found some new jobs I can apply for. I have a whole rant and some whining going on in my head but I don't want to write it down. I don't know why but I rather use my energy to write and get things done.

♥ Thanks blue_ant for the baby otter. He is totally cute. :)

Sam/Dean, set during and after 5.14, with spoilers for 5.16. Haven't written anything like this in a while. Not with the Winchesters anyway.
And it's sort of "Fix it" fic, which I don't even know if it is working here... But hey, "30 Seconds to Mars" made for a good title for this one.

-> I am missing Southland already.I don't want that to be the series finale because honestly? It let a lot to be desired and I am so not ready to give up on this show.
There is so much more to tell. I want more. More John, more Ben, more Lydia and Nate and Sammy... hell even more Chickie. Just you know, more of it all.
So I hope TNT will be nice.

Since no one wanted to leave prompts the other day I am trying it again. Just because I have nothing else to do (note the sarcasm?) and because I want to finish my prompt tables. I have realised that having other promtps that go along with the table actually helps a lot with finally writing them (I need six more little ficlets to be done with the Jared table).

Random facts of the day:

* I am sort of caught up in a SPN/Twilight crossover fic and I can't stop reading. Help! Please!!!!!

* I really need new glasses now. Mine have a huge scratch across one of the lenses. I know why I wanted to do that when the special offer was still going, I wonder why I didn't do it in the end. I still have contacts but I'd like to have glasses, too.

* My camera just died and I don't really have the money or the nerve to start looking for a new one. Damn.

* Twitter sometimes really annoys me. I don't even know why.

* My bed is about to collapse. Well, another way to spend money then. *sighs*

* It's really kind of hard to write fic when your cat is sitting in your lap. She won't shut up either. Very distracting.

* I hate that I still don't really know if I can go to London or not. I want to. So bad. I miss London.

* I kind of don't like that fact that most parts of fandom aren't my happy place anymore. I stay away from a lot of things lately. It's sort of hard to connect with some people because I feel the urge to hit them over the head despite the fact that I know thesy can be 'normal' and nice. I sometimes really wonder if it's human to be like this or just plain insanity. And I wondered why I suddenly feel more comfortable with AUs. I feel sad that I sometimes wish it would be over just so that things might stop again, and I don't even know half of it because I only ever stumble over links.

That said, I can't wait for the new SPN episode. I saw one clip and that's the only spoilers I know about any of the new episodes, so I think I might actually enjoy watching things again because I am not spoiled. I think that was a rather good decision on my part, staying away from spoilers.
