... I am melting away.
No seriously, I am dehydrated. I had to buy myself iced water with some sugar to not collapse. A sugar deficit is not cool.
And late shifts are not cool either.. so to speak. The whole outdoor area is so heated up that I sprayed myself and the plants with water to get through it. I hate it when there is no wind going. I also think it unfair that half the people are already leaving when I come in. Meh... somehow the time is sort of longer during the late shift. But at least my colleagues are fun and we had some sort of water battle. At least I didn't have the late late shift.
Too hot for me.

Also to hot to actually be able to concentrate on finishing my meanttobe fic. I can't seem to find an end to it. Thank God there has been an extension and I have time until the 4th.
*sighs* I want to get it done and posted because I actually like the idea.

As for the prompts, now worries. I am working on them. You actually can leave more if you want.. prompts that is.
And I'll be all alone for two weeks so no one will disturb my writing peace.. well no one but my cat.

Oh and I totally forgot about the VancouverCon being this weekend.
Hmmm... what does that say about me and my attachment to fandom these days?
*shrugs* Looking forward to the boys though, and Alona and Aldis...

Oh, so this was such a typical SPN epsiode that it was kind of like being back in S1, which is cool.

And since I have been watching and wanting to say things about Leverage I have decided to do some minor recap for it as well.

Kitty has been slightly sick the last few days and due to that I haven't been sleeping all that good (or not at all). And I am feeling it.
I was out yesterday to get bank stuff done and to get some more meds against the persistent, stupid cough, when I was home though the 'not-sleeping-at-all' thingy crashed me.

I went to bed at 7.30pm!!! And I got up around 11am, so that makes it close to 15 hours of sleep. Guess I needed that. But I am not feeling all that good now.
I am dizzy and sleepy. Not ther perfect way to start the day and I have so many things to do that it would actually be nice to wake up some time soon.

I am trying to catch up with everything right, but skipping 500 entries of my flist is not really helping with the matter.
So excuse me when I skip entries, I probably didn't see them among the masses.

So either Kitty keeping me up all night for three nights in a row fried my brain or it was already damaged before. There is no other reason for me to actively watch this jungle crap.
Really, there is no reason to watch it other than to have a perfectly fine freak show on your screen every night. And this time around it's more of a freak show than it every was before.
At least they do have a soap star on there which I don't mind seeing naked.
*headdesk*

And seeing as I am not sleeping and watching crap on TV, I might as well stay awake tonight and watch SPN.
Not sure if I'll do it in the end though, knowing me I'll fall asleep halfway throught the episode then.
(Speaking of SPN: God, how I love Dean in red 80s Gym wear! It's so hillarious and his face and the shorts... and yeah.. OMG. *giggles*).

I am addicted to banana juice.
So I'll sit down now with a glass of it and finally watch Leverage and Gossip Girl. Yes, I am behind with even that.

I am totally in love with Leverage. I had to say that at least once.
Just watched the last two episodes and yeah.. awesome.
