So I got a mail from Netrillium telling me that my credit card was processed with errors and that I still have an invoice due.
My problem si that I don't know where the error is. I can't imagine that they cut my credit card since it is still valid until November. I mean they would have told me right? It would suck otherwise because I need the card.
So now I don't know if I should pay the invoice again, or enter my credit card number again. I sumbitted a ticket and wrote a mail, but they said it could be up to 12-24 hours before they reply. I don't want my account to be deactivated.
I'd lose APO now.
Which would suck because I wouldn't know where else to put it if my credit card really should be invalid now. And well I wouldn't have a card either then.

All I can do now is wait and maybe check in with my bank tomorrow and see what's up.

Meeep.. :(
I am not happy. Not really close to panic but not happy, since I have no idea what's actually wrong.

You can always pay via PayPal - that works without a creditcard, bankaccount is enough.

I've used PayPal from day one that it was available for German customers and never had any problems. If you got a secure password it really is as secure as it can be :)

Did they tell you to pay again manually or are they going to try and charge the creditcard again? Had creditcard problems with Netrillium too at some point but they were pretty patient and not too hasty in closing the account.

If you are really all that wary of PayPal and you cannot work out anything else, I could always pay with my PayPal account and you transfer the money back to my bank. :)

PayPal is one of the few online pay systems I trust. I've always handled my LJ payments and various eBay stuff through them and never encountered any issues.
