I love how Dean's so concentrated on the case that he doesn't realize they've been walking over a Farmer's Market. Love his face when he does... Oh and he's still bitter.

Just on a side not, this feels like a SPN episode in so many ways. MOTW, the boys investigating, funny faces, hilarious comments... all this.

Also, man this guy is so creepy.

Dean is still trying to talk Sam into feeling the hunter's life. I'm not really sure Sam will end it all but maybe he will. But then again he's finally had what he wanted.

Okay, so this was SPN, through and through. It's been a while since it felt like this... just a 'normal' SPN episode and I like it... I really do.

I'm not sure where they're going with the "Sam's craving normal so bad again" story line but I think it might be good to bring the boys back together in the end. I'm not sure though... but I can hope right?

Preview: Interesting. Like really interesting.

I get why you'd be bored. Since I haven't been expecting much during the last two years I find this season kind of refreshing. Or I just like it because I'm too numbed by work to really care in the evenings when watching it. :)

I sort of love this kind of entertainment right now... I kinda need it and not think about it.

It was a good old-fashioned Monster-of-the-week episode, and I liked it. Not too much, but it was okay, and the boys - wow, both of them very VERY pretty!

I'm still not buying Sam's "I want a normal life" storyline (What's with the picnic? Remember "Dream a little dream" when Dean daydreamed about Lisa and they had a picnic?) And I'm convinced that wee!Dean gave wee!Sam more than just a plain old birthday cake when he was in charge... like wee!Dean would forget wee! Sam's birthday!

The other day I was watching "Dead in the water" (S1, Ep 3) and Sam said something like "People don't disappear, Dean. Other people just stop looking for them" and I got SO mad like you wouldn't believe *lol* On the other hand - not the first time Sam abandoned Dean *sigh*

Yeah, I'm not sure about Sam either. I get why he'd want it but I'm not sure why he'd insist on going back like this. But then someone on my flist mentioned classic signs of PTSD and he fits those so well, too. Man, just what he went through, no wonder he'd desperately try to have normal after he had a taste (whether it was real remains to be seen I think).

And man, I think Dean always made sure Sam had a decent birthday. Come on, show, really?

I sometimes think it's not so much Sam abandoning Dean but Sam not being able to deal with things anymore. He's human after all and has his limits (and Dean, too, only hes showing them differently). Sam's running away then abandoning Dean.

I have no idea what to think about the Sam story line. I have to think something else is going on. idk, I'm just in a wait and see stage.

I liked the episode! It was a good old-fashioned SPN with pretty boys, what's not to like? ;)

I'm not sure about the Sam storyline either. But then Carver said it's not what it seems like... so maybe there's more behind it all.

I'm actually enjoying this season so far... like more than I thought I would.
