SPN 5.12 "Swap Meat"

OMG Sam. The way he speaks., The way he wants alcohol. OMG.

The whole outfit is new? Yeah, I'd say so. Okay, that's how it is.

They have been there before.

Talking about their dad makes me sad.

Sam is still the health freak. Awesome.

So Dean wants that life now and Sam doesn't? That's very interesting. They changed roles there. They've come a long way and I don't know if it's all that good for them.

Sam is such a geek still gthough.

I don't like the way the kid is looking at Sam. It's creepy.

Ouch. Not cool at all. But the way he falls is funny.

The uniform. OMG. And he is so confused.

Okay, so how did the kid do that?

He is throwing the phones out? Fuck no! That's not cool at all.

Okay, right there Dean should know something is off. And he lets Sam drive just like that? I get why he doesn't figure it out story-wise but still, too oblivious.

Did Sam just call Gary virgin? *laughs* Frustrated virgin even.

"Leave me alone." Just so teenager-like. Rebellious teenager. Nice Sam.

The clothes are awesome though.

On a shallow note, Jensen looks awesome there in the car and the music is awesome.

Sam in Highschool. Awesome. Picking his locker. it's always Sam picking the locks.

Dean! That's so not Sam!!!! Realize it. Now.

And one more thing, Jensen doesn't really seem to have on-screen chemistry with that kid. Jared is sort of really missing in those scenes. No idea if it's the kid's acting or Jensen.

Okay, it's the kid. Jensen was great just there.

I love how annoyed Sam looks there. And again, a tramquilizer. I still love the way he falls.

Dean! You are so right there but take it serious. Yes, ask questions like that. Yeah, okay. no. He is not your brother. But there you can see that Dean actually wants to get along with Sam and have some time with him.

They want to kill Dean??? What?

Oh yes kid, you are in way over your head.

There is price on Dean's head? Oh shit. Damn, demons. So they want Michael's vessek before Michael can get it. Makes sense.

They have a human army now.

Those kids have really no idea what they are dealing with.

I like the girl as the demon. She is doing a really good job there.

Oh shit yes, Sam is an empty vessel now. So not cool.

Those kids are seriously stupid.

Dean knows the words without a boikk now, too. Good. Okay, one word wrong but still no book.

"Shut up man, your life ain't that bad." Sam is sort of right there.

"We are missing a damn thing.!"
"Or we don't know what we are missing."

Oh boys. Life is never eaiser.

This was SPN, semi-light episode with a little bit of arc in it. I think I liked it.
Jared can be damn funny, he has a comedic talent but sometimes I think he should watch his facial reactions a bit. Thiis episode actually shows that Sam and Dean have reversed roles a little. Sam has given up completely on the dream of a normal life. He once had it, it didn't work out and the more he gets caught up in his own life the more he sees that a normal is not possible for him anymore. Or for both of them because they have seen too much and are fucked uo beyond everything. Dean is sort of the opposite. The more he sees how his life might end, what things they have to do to just survive he wants a 'normal' life. It's like a dream to see what migh be in for hi once everything is over. I just don't think he'll be able to get it.
*shrugs*
Dean was out of character as well, because after living with someone for 26 years, bringing him up ost of the time and then doing anything to get him back he doesn't realize that it's Sam? And I still think the kid actor couldn't act. And really why would Sam want to drive anyway? After everything this would just remind him of Dean not being there. Yeah... I don't know. The writing of this episode was sort of not good character-wise.

Oh but I loved Sam's "I don't want girls anymore. I want you." speech... LOL

This ep also opened a whole new level of fucked up for the boys. Now there are humans chasing them. That is so not good.

Not the best episode in the world but it was okayish. I loved Jared in it though. Can we have a Sam-Dean swap next? Please????

Next week looks interesting but I don't know what to think of it yet.
