OMG Sam is going to be so pissed the next season. And why doesn't Dean get that Sam would do the same for him? Sam's life is to protect Dean, as much as Dean's life is to protect Sam.
It's their job to look for each other and Dean doesn't get it. Oh boy.... That will be very interesting.
It will be interesting to see how Dean will live his life knowing it will be not much time left (of course Sam will try to find a way to reverse it, he won't let Dean die)?

Acting wise I trotally get the Emmy-run for this. Jensen deserves it. The way he showed the pain and desperation.
And Jared was awesome as well, especially the evil-scene, fuck but the was hot.

And there was a HUG. YAY!
But still.... OMG, I can't believe they did that. *wibbles*
Oh wow, now I get what Jensen was saying about the 3rd season. Whoops.
