spn 2.12 night shifter + weekly SPN ramblings

A Stand-alone ep, and I watched it twice this night (yes probably because I couldn't sleep and proably because I had to convince myself that Dean was really wearing that. You really get used to hat after a while. :) Tries not to jump Jensen.). This was one of the stand-alone eps with a good script and where they kept up with it till the end.
Anyway, they are so screwed ).
And the music at the end was so damn fitting. Oh mama....

***

Totally different topic, I am watching ski jumping (first time in ages) and I can't stop laughing. They shouldn't be so.. slashy (again).
And it's not translatable.
Snow breaks are fun. Really.

My show is back... spn 2.11 Playthings

... and from this ep on I even believe it.
Last week's ep was good, I liked it. I liked the acting but something felt off. I think they solved that as well...
Because can the boys be more hilarious and seriously depressing at the same time? ). So ratings are not out (not on the comms) and I am proud of myself for not looking. And considering the reviews I think there really isn't anything to worry about, but who knows what network exes are thinking. But there seems to be a positive hinting towards season 3, but yeah I am not really thinking about that.

So the CW is screening episodes online now, the day after they aired. It's not really working for me because it always stops at 10 minutes but I hope to figure that out soon (or I am really living in the wrong country which I doubt because it works with other eps). And they are selling SPN into syndication soon, which makes a third season more possible. But again, who knows... It probably won't be until May upfronts before they say something.

And now I am off to re-vamp Klete-Keller.com, because I am actually sick of the grey. Let's just hope it doesn't turn up more ugly afterwards. :)

usual ramblings and yeah.. Supernatural

Josi and me met up with Claudia after uni last night. The conclusion that we are all crazy is nothing new and will probably never change, but that we can totally lose it, is actually a newer notion. Anyway, keywords are handporn, fandom, threaths to lives and stories and icons, mocking of fanish loves and obsessions and so on.
Since I am so bad at remembering all the good stuff and [livejournal.com profile] slippery_fish has it all anyway, read it at her journal.

And on the way home I again was privileged to experience the non-information politics of the S-Bahn (namely DB). They actualyl think that when they close up half of the train netowrk every second weekend that people will get used to it and that they won't need to put up info after three or four weekends anymore. You know, I don't think they are aware of the fact that there are "different" passengers (people getting pissed at them) every weekend. It would have been nice to actually see info charts before I had to change from train to bus and not after I was actually at my home station. It would have been nice to have those when I left home and actually was at train stations on my way to uni. So it took more almost an hour to get home instead of 20 minutes. Argh...

***
On to the nicer parts again... Supernatural is back! This was what I needed after my odysee home, so I watche dit last night before I went to bed. I don't know if this was a good idea though. I had weird dreams, but at least I slept. I feel considerably awake now, despite the dreams. Anyway, SPN is back and the ratings seems to go back up again. Might be the eps getting better and well hiatus is over... So I hope things are looking okay.

SPN 2.09 Coratoan and Casino Royale.. nice mixture.

First [livejournal.com profile] _bettina_: Thank you! Got the card and it is lovely. +hugs*

***
So I actually went and saw "Casino Royale". I guess I wasn't needed that much as a moral supporter, Claudia, you did good. :)
Anyway, I am quite surprised that I didn't mind the film. Not at all. I have never seen a Bond film in cinema, only on TV. And I have to admit that it comes across way better on the big screen.
I liked Daniel Craig, and he really has great moments. It works sometimes that they wanted to show Bond as more human and less invincible. But sometimes it was a bit forced.
Well and the love thing.. I don't know but we know that women in Bond movies die anyway so, but God was that cheesy. James Bond doesn't fall in love anymore because he can't keep his mouth shut then.

Some of Bond's lines were great and yes he is kinda cool (most of the time anyway).
I love the soundtrack. Really.
And if I was more awake I would say a lot more about the film. Since I am not, that's it.

Oh quote of the day:
Bond "I am starving."
Claudia "Yes, me, too."
*giggles*

***
So on to Supernatural. "Croatoan" last new ep before hiatus. And people get worried about a 3.2 mil viewers?
That's more than the last new ep had. So there.. anyway, it was inbetween reruns. It only can go better, I am hopeful anyway.
So this was very Dean-centric. Not that I mind since you know... Jensen.
Actually both of them had quite good scenes.
Still, this felt kinda rushed.. and Kripke, you bastard! )

***
So shopping with my mum these days always turns out to be not so good for my figure... I always end up with tons of chocolate. Right now I am trying to get rid of the Schokobons in front of me. I will like Malchow or Jimmy. I think I'll be nauseous pretty soon if I go on like that.

SPN 2.08 Crossroad Blues Ramblings ahead -> Spoilers!

"Crossroad Blues". The title says it all. This ep was a good mix. Nice acting Jensen. Really nice acting. )
The "SOON" clip at the end? I wanna see that now. All of it. Can't wait for "Croatoan" to air.
And it seems like it will be before the Christmas break. So we are almost at the half of the season. Meep.

It's raining men... spn 2.07 The Usual Suspects

I wish, but seriously I have no desire to go iutside in this weather. But I have to. Oh well, better than iced over streets anyway.

So SPN ramblings are back. I think I can't like the show more than I do now, but who knows. This was Jason Gedrick ). I have to watch it again to remember everything. I will watch it together with "No Exit", so I may get another view on the eps.

And I think I really, really like Torchwood. I want more. Like right now.

Rant for the week and so on.... and spn 2.06

Wow, LJ is back....

So here we go:
I seem to be unable to get things organized or at least make them less stressfull. Anyway, this week wasn't as stressy as the last one but it came close and I still feel like I haven't done anything useful. Oh and since LJ seems to have gone and vanished I have some time to actually sit down and write this entry. And it figures that when I am online no one else is.. hehe. Anyway, back to last week, before I really forget everything I wanted to write (not that is matters).

So Wednesday was spent mostly on trains since my prof at uni just doesn't know the concept of 90 minute classes. So I went to uni, spent like 40 minutes there to get sorted into working groups, went back to the station, caught the totally late express train (which was good for me, no waiting another 40 minutes at the station), went home, changed clothes because it was freezing (Hell it isn't winter yet and it started snowing for god's sake), went back to my station to go on a train to meet up with Claudia. She had a free press ticket for Aida and since I had time and was curious enough I said I'd come along. I am not really a Musical fan, and not at all of German versions, but this one really surprised me. And I liked it. I like the music and the acting. t was a really nice evening (despite the fact that we both kinda shivered through it).

So I was actually thinking about skipping uni on Thursday because I really needed a day to sleep but when I came home Wednesday my Mum presented me an appointment for a lung specialist. So I went. Which resulted in me having a camera shoved down my throat, the doc telling my lungs are scared and that I sghould watch out and better never cath pneumonia (d'uh I think I have to get away from all the infected people I am haning around with). I think I will do that, not that I planned on getting it. Anyway, spent the rest of the day sleeping and reading and watching DVDs. So yeah at least half a day to relax.

Yesterday was spent at Claudia's place. [livejournal.com profile] slippery_fish and I invaded it again. And I think it is common knowledge that we are crazy but I think sometimes we kind of over do it. Just a bit. It's fun though and I think I am still a shipper of a pairing I never ever in my wildest dreams would have thought of supporting/shipping (and I am still getting seasick and it's all YOUR fault. You know who is meant). Anyway, we wathced The Descent and I think as much as I like caves and stuff my claustrophobic tendendcies have doubled now. *shudders*

Today Halloween Party (and I will so cheer on my SPN obsession *nods*) and my cousin's birthday tomorrow. So full weekend and I am about to fall asleep again... And since LJ still is n't back I am going to rant on this weeks SPN ep now and got to answer mails afterwards.

****
So Supernatural this week. Spoilers ahead.
No Exit kinda disappointed me and I am not sure why. I think this one was the first ep of the 2nd season I partially fast forwarded, mostly due to that fact that I didn't want to see the scenes at 2 in the morning while being as tired as I was. I think I will rewatch it again, and maybe then my oppion will change a bit. For now though I think I am happy that this was the last Jo ep for a while )
I am looking forward to next week.. Because JASON GEDRICK!!!!
So SPN tied The OC season premier in ratings. Not bad for SPN, a drama for the OC and FOX though.

**
Do my entries get longer and longer now? I have no idea what's up with that though. I guess I am just lazy as hell some days.

This paper fried my brain... and some spn 2.04 Children shouldn't play with dead things

First: Happy Birthday [livejournal.com profile] tripthemighty! Have a great day! :)

***
So I haven't really been online in a while and I guess I missed a lot of stuff going on (LJ.wise). This stupid literature paper got me and I didn't care much about anything but getting that finished. It's over and I am done (hopefully in a good way) with it. Am slowly getting back being online and checking my flist. So if I missed anything important, just tell me...

Today, I caught up on the missed sleep. The hours kinda pilled up during the last three or four weeks. I think I lsept away the whole day. And I feel all dizzy but better than I have in days.

***
[livejournal.com profile] slippery_fish and me were at Nadine's place yesterday. We watched "Heroes" and I think after "Dexter" this is the thrid show this season I really like. Four episodes so far, not really enough to judge the characters. But I really like it this far. And hey Adrian Pasdar :)

***
And as usual the Supernatural babling of the week... Oh Dean. I love the way Jensen did it (acting-wise) ) and I love Jared's way of using his voice

On to the weekly Supernatural ramblings.... spn 2.03 Hunted

Man this family is really dysfunctional ) but still, it seems like they are back.. to being normal again (whatever that means here). Oh boys.

PS and God that acting... I love Jensen for that.
I love Jared for keeping up and getting as good...

SPN slipped improved (man this is confusing) in the ratings a bit though.Hmmm, ). Meeep. I shouldn't be so worried about it, SPN still gets a lot of shout outs.
I want this show to stay. For as long as possible. Well, it at least seems like the season is save. But who knows.
It's not FOX though.

I think I have to watch the ep again. Not that I don't have anything else to do. Papers and stuff. But I can't concentrate anyway.

It took me an hour to come out of it...

I am still kinda speechless about Supernatural's "Everybody loves a Clown". This show is on the way to some serious character development. And this looks good so far. Very good even.
I hoped for season 2 to be better but right now I am in awe about the fact that this is going to happen.
Anyway, on to ramblings and spoilers ). So yeah I still love this show and it's getting better and better. I hope it stays like that. Okay, that episode wasn't that much like fanfic, which is good. But spoilers ahead.. I keep hoping it won't be like that on-screen though.

And now I actually should start working on the paper again, but I am so damn tired and headachy that I think I will drag that on into tomorrow. I still want to work on a new layout for Klete and actually update APO some time soon. I just don't feel like it and I don't really care right now.

Birthday Recap and Supernatural Season 2..

So my birthday yesterday... Thank you guys for all the wishes and cards and comments. *hugs flsit*
[livejournal.com profile] sandrine, I got your card! SHEEP! Thank you.

So I had a nice day with my family. I got a "death by chocolate" birthday cake and I guess it says a lot that despite the amount of chocolate in there, only 1/4 are still happily living in my fridge.
My brother kinda kidnapped me later and we went to a really cool Mexican restaurant. But because we went pretty late we didn't eat that much and went almost staright to the cocktail buffet. That means you can get whatever cockatail you want from a buffet and pay later according to the flags you collected (kinda like in a Sushi bar), really cool. And well I have to say I didn't realize how much I actually drank, and with only salad, icecream and tortillas in my system the alcohol kinda worked. We were home around 2 am and I was buzzed but not tired. Not at all, I'll come to that later.

Today I met up with [livejournal.com profile] slippery_fish to go and see "Brick" (strange film but I like it in a way, probably because I like Joseph Gorden Levitt as an actor), had sparkling wine and chocolate and later went on to have some drinks at the Alex (I guess I really like the bars/bistros in the "Szenebezirke" more, especially now with the service at the "Alex" declining more and more).

So presents (photos will follow)
The newest addition to the presents is a shirt I got from Josi with the Supernatural slogan "Scary just got Sexy". Hehe, I so like this idea.. And [livejournal.com profile] slippery_fish, it fits and looks good. Thank you.
I am still in awe and in love with the little ficlet [livejournal.com profile] callmecayce wrote for me. I know I have said that but well.. Thank you *hugs*.
On to the other stuff...

- Lush present box and really cool tea cups from Italy
- necklace, earrings, ring
- Nike laptop backpack (I so love this one)
- mp3 player
- a really cool scarf
- masses of chocolate
- Orchids
- Supernatural Season 1 DVD Box
- bookstore gift certificate
- money
- cards (I love to get cards)
I think I forgot some stuff but I can't really rember right now, I am too tired after last night.

*****
So on to the show. Supernatural Season 2.
As I said I got home around 2 am, I couldn't sleep and went online again around 4 or 5 ( btw Thank you Sarah.. :) ) and decided to wait for the ep to show up.
No, I so did not stay up all night to wait for an episode. Oh well...
It was worth it.

OMG I SO LOVE THIS SHOW!!

Yes, spoilers but God I have to gush about it.. ). And dammit those boys are getting better at acting. Like getting really good at it, for a TV show at least. That was good.
So according to the ratings, SPN did a bit better than the season 1 final, which is good considering the addition of Grey's Anatomy to the timeslot. SPN is on 6th place. Not so bad I guess. Yes, I am still worried. But hey almost the same figures as season 1, so not less viewers at least.

And well yes it was early, I was still a bit drunk and well tired as hell but I really cried this morning. While watching and afterwards. I don't know really why but this episode was moving.

As if life wasn't hard.. er boring enough...

Happy Birthday Gary!

****
Wow, I actually started to work on my paper. But as it seemm I am quite stuck with it right now. So I have no idea when I will be finished with it, even though I want to be over and done with it. I hate the topic, I hate the fact that I don't even have the book I really need for it and I hate my own laziness. I just don't care. Not at all. Even though I know I should, I just don't. So generally speaking nothing much has changed. Paper is still unfinished, I am not really going anywhere with the new website design and I am stuck on so many things that I actually want to cry or hide or just run away and never look at them again.

I think this year will be the first time in a long a while that I won't really do anything for my birthday. I haven't come up with a good thing to do and honestly I don't have to the money to do anything. And well I guess it is way too late to really think about it now. So maybe next year. Makes me sad in a way. But I guess that is my problem.

***
So instead of doing anything remotely useful I am letting myself get spoiled. And I thought I should do something about that obssesion of mine called Supernatural, might try and slow it down a bit. But I think it had quite the opposite effect. And goddamn why can they suddenly act now? Not like they couldn't before. But damn... Like seriously be good at it and make me want to watch the whole season right now? I want to jump them. I am desperate and alone here, so...
The CW has clips of their shows online. SPOILER! ) and they make me itch (in a good way).
What I can't stand though is that fans are starting to worry about the ratings now and how SPN is put up against tough competition, and with that taking SPN's chances down. That's all true, but god people, you don't really know how it will be going until it has actually started. I understand the worrying and it makes me nervous as well but do they always have to exaggerate that much? I actually want to stay calm and not worry too much and enjoy what I can get (and even if it is just 2 seasons but I will at least have those then).

Is it Thursday yet?

Was shopping with Mum for my birthday. We ended up in the renovated Galleria mall in the city because she wanted to buy a new gymnastic ball for herself. And I already knew that they have a big ass swimming department on the sports floor. What I didn't know is that they opened a Nike swimwear part now as well. A whole part only for Nike. They have one for Arena and Speedo as well. But the best part about the Nike one is that they'll have catalogues as well. So I guess I know where I'll get my Aaron scans from.

Now I just wish the social pension people would get their asses up and tell me if I'll get money or not. Would be nice to know that. Assholes.

And where are my DVDs?
