I only got the paypal confirmation and I thought the other one will be send you by mail (snail mail) and if you don't have that one 4 weeks before the con you should email the con team. They only send out mails to those who pre-ordered (that's at least what I heard).
I think I might have a 3rd person as well.... I don't know if it will work this way but I can ask if that would be okay, too.
