The opening scene was like - WOAH. Reminded me a lot of Silent Hill; nicely done with the red and one thinking Dean might still be in hell, just to realise he is back. And you're right - Sam was so goddamn strange during this ep; one can only wait and see how things develop. I wouldn't like good vs. bad as well, more like good(dean) trying to get Sam away from bad or something. ...ooooh, I do not want to wait;_; *pouts*
