There has to be a way to get them to send you new log-in data asap.
Well, the guy in the shop said he can't do that and that I should call the customer hotline. On their website (when you are logged in) they say they can't send it vial e-mail due to security reasons and that I should call the hotline. Which I did. Three times. And during none of those times I got to a point in the menu where I would maybe have the opportunity to change my log-in data or just having the current ones revealed to me. *sighs* No clue what to do next.
Yeah, well, but technically, I have to be there, like, the day before yesterday. For various reasons. *sighs*
I am sure you can do it.. some day :P I know, not funny. *hugs more*
