The International Olympic Committee has officially agreed the competition schedule for the 2008 Olympics.
In Beijing swimming finals will be held in the morning. American broadcaster NBC, which holds the exclusive media rights, has requested the switch to the morning in Beijing to coincide with prime-time viewing in the United States.
