Okay so no one is selling this damned ventilator besides the company producing it. Means: Mum had to buy a new graphic gard which did cost us 89€. And no shop had this tiny little thing for only 20€.
Whoohoo.
Now I am searching for the address of the company to buy a ventilator over their website.
At least my computer is functioning again...
