Oct. 26th, 2002 09:46 pmSo yeah Mum’s birthday yesterday.
Party with colleagues. Two of her best friends were there. One of them has a two-month old baby. And it seems like I am a magnet for babies, little children and animals. They all come to me.
The bay was awake all the time through the party (not really a party with only four people, including Mum and me). Then her mother gave her to me and she was asleep in a second. Smiled happily and was gone. That always happens with me…. I don’t know why.
Mum says because I am emitting a certain grade of calmness… Whatever that means.
Anyway was a nice evening.
Family party today.
Grandparents, my aunt with her seven-year-old daughter, my cousin with her two-year-old daughter and a friend of us. So full house.
I ended up in front of the computer with my little cousin and burned a CD for her with Eminem and NSYNC on it. What a mixture…
But the burning failed to end successfully, so five songs are missing, but she didn’t mind. Was happy with Em and Nsync…. Easy to satisfy that girl (and I am not mean at all).
But I managed to convince my grandma to shorten my pants a bit… Yay…
Grandparents are still here…
Was at the police with Josi today. The officer was pretty nice and documented everything. He had to phone his colleagues at another station to find out the right address of the shop because the shop assistant wasn’t able to tell him the right one.
But isn’t it natural that you should know the address of your working place? Especially if it is located in one of Berlin’s most famous shopping streets?
So that has been the first time in my life that I actually was in a police station. Well, I have dealt with officers before but have never been in a station until today.
Right now I am trying to work on some wallpapers and on a story….
Oh yeah and my back hurts again.
Well, guess planned start practise tomorrow has to wait.
Even thought I really wanted to do some backstroke starts… Mum is coming with me tomorrow. She wants to swim some lanes.
