Sleep deprivation. This is so fucked up. He's seeing and hearing all kinds of things. Yeah, I wouldn't be able to sleep either.

Dean's so damn worried there. He has no idea how to deal or how to help Sam. Grasping to straws and looking through contacts.

This is one powerful ghost. He has been stuck there for way too long. A good old ghost burning and then Sam takes the fall for it.

Why are they so many demons around? What do they want from Sam.

Why are psych wards so bare and creepy white. I have never seen a really hospital (and yes a psych ward as well) looking like that. I wonder where they find their sets

Okay, so I liked this a lot. But I have no idea what to think about the end. This episode was done in a good way. Now Castiel is back (and I guess people got what they wanted? They chance to see him more often now) but they did it in a way that left the door wide open. There's no real angel plot now. I do wonder why the demons are showing up again. It's can't just be because of Castiel. There must be something else going on.

Lucifer... brilliant. He's the devil after all.

Meg... that was awesome. All of it. Creepy and awesome.

Dean... so worried and doing everything for Sam. And then he has to deal with Castiel being back and not remembering at first. I know his reasoning for leaving Castiel behind and it shows the huge cracks in his trust even though Castiel did everything to help Sam and took his burden. But yeah, it's back to old times.

Sam... oh Sammy. I do hope that things are looking up for you now. I have no idea what exactly Castiel took away and how much is still left with Sam. Hopefully not much. But seeing Sam getting closer and closer to the edge showed how fragile a human soul can be and how strong Sam actually is. I doubt a lot of other people have been able to hold up like he did, helping others along the way even though he was slowly losing his mind.
