Pirates everywhere

So I finally got to see POTC: AWE and I am actually quite surprised how much I liked it. A lot more than the second part. I am not going to write a review because I can barely type anything coherent. I am dead tired and I have no idea why because I actually slept pretty good. Anyway, the film was fun to watch and it had pretty good scenes. I liked it. Yes, I know not very elaborate and all.. but I am not really able to come up with more... Just that I totally dig that Scottish accent one of the soldiers had. Haven't heard that in a while.
[livejournal.com profile] sandrine has a rather nice post about the film and all, ( btw thanks again for driving me home ;)).

In other news I tried to renew my klete domain and well it went okay, even with the old passwords and so on bit then when I hit *process this order* nothing happened. No site loaded and I didn't get a confirmation email, so I guess it don't work out. I wrote a helpdesk ticket and now just have to wait and see. I either have to do it again and hope it might work then or give it up (which I actually don't want to). Clueless as ever. Meh, I hate that.

Edit: Well, apparently my domain has been renewed. I just didn't get a confirmation email, but an answer to the ticket. I just hope this is alright and good now.
Well, I will see on my next credit card bill I guess, or sooner, when the domain runs out.
Edit 2: Good thing that I still have my login data for the billing account, so there I have my confirmation and it says the domain is paid and the whois info says the same. Pheww... I think I'll just trust Ermina on that one.
Man, things like that scare me. Just didn't want to bore you with the details.

On to good news then: Amazon.com has Supernatural Season 2 box set on pre-order now. I'll wait a bit, like last time. Lower price would be nice as well. And if I am lucky enough I'll have it at my birthday.

Nothing more to say today.
I am tired!

I don't know either. :P

...especially since no one but me actually cares. Though I'll admit to occasionally wandering off to look at the pretty pictures in my scrapbook gallery.

I just wish my VCR weren't broken. I have most of those two on tape.

Er, you could bring me the tapes and have me transfer them to DVD for you? I actually do have four episodes on DVD already, but I keep missing the rest when it's on despite having the schedule written down right in front of me. :(

Do the same from time to time, not with screen caps though.

I sometimes get the stupid urge to be as "complete" as possible, hence the screencapping.

I have four or five as well, but since I was that smart to not write on the tapes where the eps are on I am pretty much screwed. I mean I have no idea where they are on and I can't check. But thank you for the offer, I'll try to find the tapes.

LOL, it's not like the offer was entirely selfless. ;) Not labeling the tapes... I do that too sometimes. An annoying habit because it means only so much more work when you do it in a batch two months later because you have 20 unlabeled tapes piling up on your floor. Even worse, of course, when you have no working VCR. :S
