I know it's late but I said I'd write about my NYE.
Nothing much to tell. I had fun. Met up with friends at a friend's place, then drove into the city where we set up camp on a bridge to watch what was going on in the city.
It was a good view and even though it snowed the whole night I wasn't cold. Met some cool people there, shared champaign and watched the fireworks. The really cool thing was being greeted by the train horns everytime one went by under the bridge.
The Moscow Express passed at exactly midnight and he didn't let go of the horn for a while.
Aftwards went back to friend's place, drank some more and then crashed at Josi's at around 6am or so.

Did take pics but I am too lazy to even download them to my computer right now.

There was more I wanted to write about but I forgot. Rachmaninoff is very distracting when you want to think things through.
Also, very goosebump inducing, too.

Oh right, I wanted top rec the story I got for spn_j2_xmas because I really like it. It's Sam/Dean, NC-17.
"Soaked to the Bone (Sink like a Stone)".
It's really good and I love that she took this prompt from my list.

ETA2: Big Bang has been announced again. OMG, where did the time go. I do have an idea even but I am not sure I'll want to write that for Big Bang. I don't even know if I want to do J2 or S/D. Hmmmm

Also, I am totally in love with my new Dakine bag. Thank God for gift vouchers.

Can't really plan until March right now because I still have no fixed date for my exam and can't get one until the issue about the Toothache of Doom is being cleared. But London in March sounds lovely.

If things stay like they are, there is a really good chance that I'll buy concert tickets soon..a nd book a flight and try to find a relatively cheap hotel for a few days. :)
I just hope that either things develop and I can go or stay like they are and I can go.

I should read through the comments before I ask obvious questions^^ Hm, I'm actually kinda put off flying after the eight Berlin/London flights in 08/09 but I could stay with a friend there for free. Nah, it was just a rather interesting wishful thinking of the authors of that article. I know what you mean though, I keep telling myself that I shouldn't worry. I guess sometimes I get too involved but then I again I don't seem to mind much. I think they boys will be fine after SPN (hope so).

I sort of love flying so I never mind it but yeah I sort of dislike airports which is strange.

And don't pout! The recipes are over at my journal... somewhere. At least the ones for the Dean and the Sam cookies if I'm not mistaking. Right before the fourth season started in September 2008 this whole cookie craziness started and I posted pictures and recipes of both cookies. XD As for the recipes for Misha and Mike cookies, I could post them - just for you - how's that? :) Although... I probably shouldn't reveal all my secrets. *giggles* I can always bake more, you know? ;) And I can promise there's more to come. Coming soon: probably the Jeff Cookies. Or Chad... I don't know yet.

Yes, Jeff and Chad cookies. Jeff!Cookies because I got inspirated by the lovely peaches (and apparently a very very bad movie from Jeff) and now totally have to find some awesome Jeff!cookies with ginger in them. And Chad... well I don't know really. It's Chad? XD That stupid skinny... boy! He just deserves some crazy, super sweet, weird cookies, huh? ^^ I'll keep you guys updated on the find the one cookie!quest. :)

Oh well, that's a pity. Would have been so much fun! Same here, same here. I watched a lot episodes while I was at school during my apprenticeship. Nine weeks of college twice in 2 1/2 years and you just have to do something with your time after dinner. ^^

I really really like his music. :) Of course I got to know him during SPN and fandom and all but I think, I would've liked his music just as much without knowing that he's friends with Jensen and the others. Chris I knew before all of it because of Angel. And I always thought wow, someday you have to look up that guy. Nice voice! :) Those two together... is made of awesome. Are they still playing together? I heard they had a bit of a rough spot and didn't do anything together for a while but I do hope I heard that wrong!

Oh yes! That would be totally great! Meeting up and fangirling together about them? We HAVE to do that someday! :)

Hehe, I got to know Steve before SPN due to him playing with Kane and I got to know Chris through Angel as well.. and through a friend of mine. I have Steve on my Twitter and he recently talked abo9ut a tour with Chris through Texas and so on... said they had a lot of fun. So I think things are good again. He did play with Jensen and Chris at Chris' birthday a few months ago. They looked good. :)
