*sigh* That's bad, too. I just hate days that start good but then just kind of collapse on my with tons of shit I wasn't expecting and definitely not hoping for.
That's a good idea, really. When I had a bad day, sleeping for like 12 hours something is the best thing to do, let the body just rest, let the mind stop racing around.
