I like Bela, though I can understand why she might grate, and I love her chemistry with Dean. The only thing that bothered me was the crack about Dean's intelligence but that's kind of a running gag at the moment...

I think we need to see her in a more normal episode to see how she'll really fit in, both 3.03 and 3.06 were tailored to fit her rater than the other way around.
