Dude, are you serious?

So I have to call my internet provider if I want to change my log in info for the new computer (because yeah, lost the letter and all. Thanks mum). I do that, call their hotline give my user info and all only to realise that there is not option where I can change my log in data. Or it is is hidden that well that I have absolutely no idea where it might be hidden. Right now though I have no idea what else to do other than to go back to the shop next week and ask if they know how to go through the menu at the hotline (I kinda like pre-recorded things.. usually. This time though I would like to speak to an actual person who would be able to explain everything to me). Bah.. so still not online with Sam. *headdesk*

it would be nice of you to show Director's cuts again. Because clearly, they were a success last season.
So why did you start this season and are now not showing any at all?

You really don't want to do any promotion anymore, right?

I so wish I knew where that damn thing is (since my mum had it last and all, and insist that I should know where it is). It would be so much easier because right now I am about to freak.

If I ever make it back to Berlin, that is.

Well, the guy in the shop said he can't do that and that I should call the customer hotline. On their website (when you are logged in) they say they can't send it vial e-mail due to security reasons and that I should call the hotline.
Which I did. Three times. And during none of those times I got to a point in the menu where I would maybe have the opportunity to change my log-in data or just having the current ones revealed to me. *sighs*
No clue what to do next.

I am sure you can do it.. some day :P

Isn't there some option in the hotline menue that lets you talk to an actual person instead of a robot?

Nope, not anymore. They changed it last year. And now you even have to pay for the hotline.
So yeah, I am pretty much clueless as what to do next.
